I am looking at doing a cooler myself, but unfortunately, I have a giant
FMIC - no way to fit Erik's design... I would like a big core to fit where
side-mounts were...

Subject: [Team3S] RE: Which oil cooler should I buy?
Hey Bob,
I currently use a 920, and it didn't require *that* much custom work. I
also think that if you have a car running significantly more power than
stock and you subject it to road course use, something like the 920 (or
larger) would be a good idea. Even with the 920, I still see some toasty
oil temps at BPU power levels. And that's not even dealing with ambient
temps much more than 85F.
My installation:

Also, if you really want to stick with the stock location, Trevor has a
pretty cool dual-OC setup. You could install one for now, and then put the
other one in as time allows.
