Hi guys, just a quick question... this is the second time this has happened.
The place where the low-beam headlight bulb connects to the harness socket,
that socket keeps burning out on me. I just don't know what is going on, the
socket literally melts... and the bulb goes out. I have to move the bulb
around so the connectors touch the correct place and it becomes on again for
a while and then the same story. I am pretty sure that the socket is melting
due to a spike in the voltage and can't handle the heat... is there a
voltage regulator or something I can put before the harness connection so
the voltage is always stable at 12v going to the bulbs so that the connector
doesn't burn out on me every time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
