Pete & Matt : The harness cable has been replaced, twice... brand new ones.
The connection cannot be bad as it is a brand new harness! When I install
the new harness, every time the socket and bulb connector snug into each
other perfectly and tight.

I have notice alot of 'black powdered' stuff on the connector of the bulb,
probably the remains of the burned connector, but there is no way for me to
reach it and clean it? Is there an easy of cleaning the connector on the
bulbs end? I tried putting my finger up there (I know this sounds dirty, but
let's just stick to the topic ;) hehe) but I can't reach it all the way...
do you guys think it might be that black powder coating causing this? And is
there an easier way of clean that?

PS - I just hate electronics, why can't life be simpler with just a wire
that carry current and a connector just make the connection :(

The problem you describe is not a wiring problem but a connection problem.
When connectors get corroded all the power has to go through a tiny portion
of the connector which gets warm, melts plastic and then fails. Make sure
your connections on both sides are clean and tight.
