I'm coming in a little late on this so I don't know if it's been solved or not. I've
read a few of the posts, but, I didn't see anyone mention the upper rubber
isolation mount and pivot at the top of the front struts. I wouldn't necessarily
expect a vibration at low speed but I've seen weirder things. It's also a PITA
to check since you have to releive the spring pressure to test for movement.
